Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of Siltarae Company ("the Company") and users in connection with the use of SETLIC ("the Service") operated by the Company.

Article 2 (Definitions)

1. "Service" means the relationship tendency and psychological type test provided by the Company, and its results (free/paid reports, compatibility analysis, etc.).
2. "User" means a person who uses the Service provided by the Company under these Terms.
3. "Paid Content" means digital content, such as detailed reports and compatibility analyses, that a User accesses after making payment.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of the Terms)

1. These Terms take effect by being posted on the Service screen.
2. The Company may amend these Terms to the extent it does not violate applicable law. When amended, the Company will specify the effective date and reason and give notice at least 7 days before the effective date (at least 30 days for changes disadvantageous to Users).

Article 4 (Provision of the Service)

1. The Company provides the following services: the relationship type test, free result summary, paid detailed reports, and compatibility analysis.
2. The Service may be used without separate membership registration.
3. The test results of this Service are reference material for entertainment and self-understanding and do not substitute for a medical or psychological diagnosis or professional counseling.

Article 5 (Paid Services and Payment)

1. The types, prices, and payment methods of Paid Content are displayed on the Service screen.
2. Payments are processed through the payment gateway designated by the Company (NICE Payments).
3. Upon completion of payment, the corresponding Paid Content is provided (made available for viewing) immediately.

Our order process for international payments is conducted by our online reseller Polar Software Inc. (Polar.sh). Polar is the Merchant of Record for these orders. Polar handles payment processing, and customer service inquiries related to billing and refunds for orders placed through Polar can be directed to Polar or to us at golttol12@gmail.com.

Article 6 (Withdrawal of Subscription and Refunds)

Withdrawal of subscription and refunds for Paid Content are governed by the separate [Refund Policy]. Due to the nature of digital content, once provision (viewing) has commenced, withdrawal of subscription may be restricted pursuant to Article 17, Paragraph 2 of the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce (Republic of Korea), and the Company discloses this prior to payment.

Article 7 (Obligations of the User)

Users shall not engage in any of the following acts:

1. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, sale, or commercial use of the Service's content
2. Accessing or obtaining Paid Content without following the normal payment process
3. Interfering with the operation of the Service or gaining unauthorized access to its systems

Article 8 (Intellectual Property Rights)

All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, in the Service and Paid Content belong to the Company. Users may not reproduce, transmit, publish, or distribute such content without the Company's prior consent.

Article 9 (Disclaimer)

1. The Company is not liable for any service interruption caused by force majeure, including natural disasters, power outages, or failures of third-party services (hosting, payment gateways, etc.).
2. Test results are reference material only, and the Company is not liable for the outcome of any decision or action a User takes in reliance on them.

Article 10 (Dispute Resolution and Governing Law)

These Terms are interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the court having jurisdiction over the Company's location shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the use of the Service.
