Siltarae Company ("the Company") complies with the Personal Information Protection Act (Republic of Korea) and other applicable laws, and processes personal information as described below. The Company does not directly collect personally identifying information such as name, email address, or phone number from Users. However, the following information is automatically processed in the course of providing the Service.

1. Personal Information Items Processed and Purposes

• The Company does not directly store sensitive payment information such as credit card numbers; payments are processed by the payment gateway (NICE Payments).
• Test responses and results are not stored on a separate server and are processed in the User's browser; results are delivered only in the form of a shareable code (URL).

2. Retention and Use Period

• Automatically collected information: destroyed without delay once the purpose of collection is achieved (related logs are retained for up to 6 months).
• Payment and transaction records: retained pursuant to the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce (Republic of Korea)
  • Records concerning contracts or withdrawal of subscription: 5 years
  • Records concerning payment and supply of goods, etc.: 5 years
  • Records concerning consumer complaints or dispute resolution: 3 years

3. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties and Outsourcing of Processing

The Company outsources the following tasks to ensure smooth provision of the Service.

The servers of some recipients may be located overseas (e.g., the United States), and the relevant information is processed for the purpose of providing the Service and serving advertisements.

4. Operation and Rejection of Cookies (Automatic Collection Devices)

• This Service uses cookies for advertising and statistical purposes.
• Users may refuse to store cookies through their browser settings. (However, refusing cookies may restrict the use of some features.)

6. Destruction of Personal Information

Personal information for which the retention period has elapsed or the processing purpose has been achieved is destroyed without delay. Electronic files are deleted using a method that prevents recovery.

The Company takes measures to protect personal information, including access authority management, encryption of transmission sections (HTTPS), and retention of access records.
