Refund Policy

Our order process for international payments is conducted by our online reseller Polar Software Inc. (Polar.sh). Polar is the Merchant of Record for these orders. Polar handles payment processing, and customer service inquiries related to billing and refunds for orders placed through Polar can be directed to Polar or to us at golttol12@gmail.com.

1. Nature of Paid Content

SETLIC's paid detailed reports and compatibility analyses are digital content that is provided in full immediately upon payment. Users may check the form and scope of the content beforehand through the free summary (preview) available before payment.

2. Restriction on Withdrawal of Subscription (Refund)

Pursuant to Article 17, Paragraph 2, Item 5 of the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce (Republic of Korea), as this is reproducible digital content, withdrawal of subscription and refunds are restricted once provision (viewing) of the content has commenced after payment. The Company clearly discloses this fact at the payment stage.

3. Cases in Which a Refund Is Available (Exceptions)

A refund or cancellation of payment is available in the following cases.

1. Where a refund is requested without having viewed the content at all after payment
2. Where duplicate payment occurred due to a system error, or the payment amount was incorrectly charged
3. Where payment was made but the content was not provided normally, or there is a material defect significantly different from what was represented
4. Where Paid Content cannot be used due to a Service failure

4. Refund Procedure

• If any of the exceptions above occurs, please send your payment information (order number, payment date/time) and the reason to golttol12@gmail.com.
• The Company will review the request within 3 business days of receipt and, if eligible for a refund, process the refund to the original payment method. (The refund processing period may take additional time depending on the policies of the payment gateway or card company.)
